RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Dàr Aya, we take pride in maintaining a high standard across every piece. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or if a different size is required. Refunds for sizing issues are accepted only if the item is unworn, unused, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging and condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at darayalabel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos if applicable. We will always do our best to work towards a suitable solution and ensure our customers are looked after.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Dàr Aya reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
